Volkswagen AG (Germany) is a car manufacturing concern that owns the Volkswagen brand. The brand appeared in 1937 as part of Adolf Hitler's project to create a "people's car", which would for the first time make an affordable car accessible to the general population and thus begin mass motorization in Germany. Prior to this, cars were mostly in the upper class due to their high price. Currently, the concern includes: Audi, Bentley, Bugatti, Ducati, Italdesign, Lamborghini, MAN, Porsche, Scania, SEAT, Škoda.
