Description
In 2020, the Novitec Rosso studio presented its version of the refinement of the Ferrari F8 Tributo model, which has been produced since 2019. The refinement kit included: forcing the power unit, upgrading the suspension, interior and replacing rims with tires.
The refinement of the power unit included the replacement of the electronic engine control unit with an N-Tronic unit and the installation of a stainless steel sports exhaust system. As a result, the 3.9 twin-turbo V8 engine received a performance boost: output increased from 720 hp to 720 hp. and 770 Nm up to 787 hp and 882 Nm of torque.
The increased power characteristics of the engine made it possible to reduce the acceleration time from 0 to 100 kph by 0.2 s to 2.7 s. The maximum speed, according to Novitec, became "faster than 340 kph."
The upgrade package included a Novitec sports exhaust system. The system was made of stainless steel and provided with thermal insulation to reduce the temperature in the engine compartment, and could optionally be supplied with an electronic sound control system.
The suspension received new sports springs, due to which the ground clearance was reduced by 35 mm. To pass speed bumps, it was proposed to use the factory system for lifting the front axle. But if it was not installed on a particular instance of the F8, Novitec offered to equip it with its own version, which raises the front of the car by 40 mm.
From the outside, it was possible to recognize the Ferrari F8 Tributo with modifications from Novitec only by wheels of different dimensions - regular 20-inch wheels with a directional pattern were replaced with 10-spoke Vossen NF9 forged products with a diameter of 21 inches at the front and 22 inches at the rear. Wheels can be painted in one of 72 glossy or matt shades. As tires offered Pirelli P Zero dimension 255/30 ZR21 and 335/25 ZR22.
The interior of the supercar company Novitec Rosso dragged leather and alcantara into its kit, while a huge available color range was announced.
