Italdesign

Italdesign-Giugiaro S.p.A. (Italy) is an engineering company and one of the most famous design bureaus in the world, which is mainly known for its design projects for the automotive industry, as well as a number of projects in the field of industrial design. The company was founded by Giorgetto Giugiaro and Aldo Mantovani in 1968. In May 2010, Italdesign sold 90.1% of its shares to the Lamborghini Holding S.p.A. brand, which in turn is a subsidiary of Audi AG, which is part of the Volkswagen Group. In July 2015, it was announced that Giorgetto Giugiaro left the company and sold the remaining shares to Audi AG.
