Frangivento Asfane Diecidieci

In 2019, at the National Automobile Museum in Turin, the Italians showed the Frangivento Asfane Diecidieci hybrid almost ready for replication. The first part of the name comes from the Piedmontese "as fa nen" – "it's not done" or "you won't do it". Well, “dieci dieci” (“ten ten”) is 1010 hp, the combined power of the power plant.

Frangivento plans to build 490 copies.

Mechanics

The engine was a 5.4-liter turbocharged V10 petrol. The manufacturer did not announce the brand of the engine used, it is only known that the Turin atelier Car Racing was engaged in its final refinement.

The gasoline engine developed 860 hp. and drove the rear wheels through an 8-speed automatic transmission. Two electric motors were installed at the front, adding another 150 hp. The total peak power was 1010 hp. The possibility of charging from the network was provided. The acceleration time of the hybrid to 100 kph is unknown, but its maximum speed was 350 kph according to the company.

Exterior

The car is built around an aluminum frame while the exterior body panels are made from carbon fiber. Among the features: doors in the form of "gullwing", a huge air intake on the roof, a massive diffuser, rear optics across the entire width of the body, six exhaust pipes and brake calipers with the image of Gioconda Leonardo da Vinci.

Interior

Asfane Diecidieci's two-tone interior features a helm-like steering wheel, a digital instrument cluster tablet and a central infotainment display.
