Description
The Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Z51 is a version of the standard Corvette Stingray equipped with the optional Z51 Performance Package.
The package included an NPP sports exhaust system, a different final drive and enhanced cooling of the units. As a result, engine power increased from 495 hp. to 502 hp, and acceleration to 60 mph was reduced to 2.9 s. According to Chevrolet, the base model has never been so dynamic.
The chassis received an adaptive Magnetic Selective Ride Control 4.0 suspension with manual adjustment and Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.
Brake calipers Brembo 4-piston monobloc "in a circle" received increased brake discs up to 345 mm in front and 350 mm in the rear.
