Novitec Alfa Romeo 8C Spider

Novitec Alfa Romeo 8C Spider is a modification from Novitec Rosso of the Alfa Romeo 8C Spider, produced in a limited edition of only 500 copies. The main improvements concerned the engine.

Borrowing technology from Novitec's Maserati GT tuning subsidiary Tridente, a revised supercharger was installed along with a new intercooler with a dedicated radiator, special injectors, a high-performance stainless steel exhaust system and an optimized electronic control unit. As a result, the car's power increased from 450 hp. up to 600 hp, and maximum torque up to 588 Nm at 5400 rpm. The supercharger kit cost 19,900 euros.

According to the manufacturer, the car's dynamics have improved: the maximum speed has increased from 290 kph to 305 kph, and acceleration to 100 kph began to take only 3.9 seconds instead of 4.2 seconds.

As options, it was possible to order a sports suspension that allows you to adjust the ground clearance and stiffness for any type of road surface, as well as a set of three-piece forged NA3 wheels with Pirelli P Zero Nero tires measuring 255/30 R21 at the front and 315/25 R22 at the rear.
