Description
The Chevrolet Corvette Stingray IMSA GTLM Championship Edition is a 2020 version of Corvette Racing's victory in the GT Le Mans category of the American IMSA racing series. This was the debut season for the eighth generation Chevrolet Corvette C8.R.
Technical improvements are not provided, all coupe models are regularly equipped with the Z51 package.
The road cars in the Championship Edition are externally styled after C8.R race cars with side numbers 3 and 4: they have a similar color scheme and yellow brake calipers. The kit includes a raised Carbon Flash wing and mirror caps in the same finish, yellow brake calipers, black treadplates, mudguards, and a car cover with Corvette Racing combat graphics. As well as Black Trident wheels with black nuts and Corvette Racing logo on the center caps, C8.R Edition lettering on the rear fender.
In the cabin - sports seats, yellow seat belts, rich contrasting decor and a commemorative plaque between the seats. The model is based on the 3LT configuration.
Additional payment for the version of IMSA GTLM Championship Edition – 6600 USD. It is planned to release only 1000 cars, and exclusively with the left-hand drive.
